The Role
Drive transformation and excellence at MAS. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide technical guidance to Method Study Technicians and Sample Operators. Your mission is to develop optimized sewing methods that balance efficiency with uncompromising quality to facilitate a seamless production process.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Analysis: Review buyer sketches and samples to identify requirements; oversee technical sample development and provide expert advice throughout the process.

Sample Development: Assist in pattern modifications and sample adjustments based on fit comments to ensure a smooth transition to bulk production.

Quality Assurance: Conduct random inspections during bulk production to ensure all end products meet rigorous quality standards.

Team Leadership: Build strong relationships, manage team grievances/discipline, and motivate staff to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.

Production Feedback: Inspect size-set samples from pilot runs and provide critical technical feedback to the Sample Room and Cutting teams to finalize adjustments for bulk manufacturing.
Knowledge and Skills

Education: Degree or National Diploma in Textiles from a recognized institute.

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Production or Work-Study.

Added Value: Strong technical sewing skills and advanced manufacturing knowledge are highly advantageous.
