About the Job
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to help manage daily store operations and lead the sales team.
Your Main Duties
- Support the Sales Manager with daily store tasks
- Motivate and guide the sales team to reach targets
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Solve customer issues quickly and politely
- Manage store assets and money
- Train and coach staff
- Follow company procedures and rules
What We’re Looking For
- Passed A/Ls or higher
- At least 6 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a supervisor role (retail, fashion, or duty-free preferred)
- Good English and communication skills
- Well-groomed, energetic, and a good team player
- Customer-focused and motivated
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
