Position: Senior Executive – Plant Lean Enterprise
Prym Intimates Lanka (Private) Ltd is a well-known company that makes custom lingerie accessories, with factories in Sri Lanka, China, and Indonesia. They are looking for a motivated person to join their team as a Senior Executive – Plant Lean Enterprise. This role focuses on improving processes in the factory, reducing waste, and helping the team work more efficiently by using Lean methods.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a project to reduce material waste and improve how materials are used to save costs.
- Work on projects that improve product quality and ensure things are done at the right time.
- Help maintain machines better and reduce time taken to switch tasks.
- Support other Prym factories (like in Indonesia and China) with Lean practices.
- Use Power BI and other tools to create dashboards and track progress.
- Teach and guide staff to solve problems and improve processes.
- Help map out and improve business processes with easy-to-understand methods.
- Provide training and support to teams to keep improving.
- Do other tasks as needed by the management.
What You Need
- A degree in Management, Applied Science (preferably Statistics), or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–4 years of work experience (preferably in a factory or manufacturing setting).
- Lean (MOS Blue Belt) certified.
- Certified in Total Productive Maintenance.
- Skilled in Power BI, MS Excel, and SAP.
- Bonus if you know Six Sigma, MiniTab, or Visio.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, especially in English.
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude and a desire to learn.
