The Role & Responsibilities

As an Online Sales Operator, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to legal firms in Sri Lanka and introduce them to our services. Core Duties

  • Daily Outbound Calls
    Make consistent outbound calls using company-provided IP telephony systems. Each call should be approached professionally, maintaining anonymity while ensuring credibility in every interaction.
  • Service Introduction
    Clearly explain our services, including company registration support and nominee director provision. Your ability to simplify complex legal processes will help establish trust with law firms and potential partners.
  • Presenting Credibility
    Communicate our company’s proven track record in the Indian market, positioning us as a reliable and experienced partner. This helps firms see the added value of working with an organization that has international recognition.
  • Identify and Record Interest
    During calls, assess each firm’s level of interest. Take detailed notes on their questions, concerns, and requirements. This information will form the foundation for productive follow-ups and smooth coordination with our internal legal team.
  • Scheduling Appointments
    Achieve a minimum of five qualified Google Meet appointments per day with potential partners. Each scheduled meeting is a direct step toward creating valuable partnerships.
  • Record-Keeping
    Maintain accurate records of all interactions, ensuring follow-ups are timely and personalized. Organized data management is critical to improving outreach efficiency and long-term relationship-building.
  • Team Coordination
    Work closely with the internal legal team to confirm scheduled meetings, ensuring both parties are well-prepared and aligned on discussion points.
  • Professional Representation
    Represent the company professionally at all times. Depending on the context, you may act as an operator or in a regional manager capacity to reassure firms of our credibility and organizational structure.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Call Operations
    Previous experience as a call center operator or sales executive ensures you can handle the pace and pressure of outbound communications.
  • Language Proficiency
