About the Role
Are you a people-person with a knack for turning conversations into action? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kandy. If you’re passionate about helping students achieve their study-abroad dreams, this role offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in international education.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to and manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Guide prospective students and their families through the application and visa process
- Build strong relationships to convert leads into successful enrollments
- Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure timely and organized follow-ups
- Collaborate with the marketing team to boost engagement and generate qualified leads
- Stay informed on global education trends, institutions, and program options
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates
What You’ll Need
Must-Have:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor
- Experience using CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Fluency in English
Nice-to-Have:
- Ability to speak Sinhala and/or Tamil
- Background in education consultancy or student visa processing
