The Role & Responsibilities
As a Corporate Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the backbone of the sales department, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will directly support the corporate sales team while engaging with customers to strengthen trust and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:
Sales Operations Support
- Coordinate daily sales activities, ensuring all processes are streamlined and aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and client communications to drive consistent revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and develop strong, long-lasting client relationships by proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring all requests are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Support management by analyzing data to recommend improvements to sales strategies and client engagement practices.
Coordination and Communication
