About the Job:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our team in Kadawatha. You will help measure and track costs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work in construction projects. You’ll work with experienced professionals and grow your skills.
Key Duties:
- Measure and record MEP work accurately.
- Help prepare bills of quantities and cost plans.
- Review project drawings and specs.
- Keep detailed records.
- Work closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Help solve any issues with measurements.
What You Need:
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 3 years of experience, especially on foreign (Middle East) projects.
- Good math skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Experience with CostX, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to understand MEP drawings and work with international teams.
