Job Title: Manager – Costing
Location: Nestlé Lanka, Kurunegala Factory

About the Job:
We are looking for a Manager – Costing to join our finance team at the Kurunegala Factory. You will support the factory’s cost management, help reduce waste, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will report to the Head of Factory Control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help reduce costs and improve efficiency in the factory.
- Work closely with production teams to solve problems and improve operations.
- Assist in managing factory budgets and cost reports.
- Track and support cost-saving targets and projects.
- Make sure monthly and yearly financial reports are accurate and completed on time.
- Prepare the annual cost estimates for the factory.
- Encourage financial awareness and cost-saving habits across departments.
- Support and train team members on using financial data for better decision-making.
- Perform internal audits and follow up on any issues found.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- A professional qualification like CIMA, ACCA, CA, or CMA (MBA is a bonus).
- At least 5 years of experience, including 2–3 years in manufacturing costing.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Strong skills in costing, budgeting, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
