About the Job
We are looking for a full-time Sales & Operations Manager based in Colombo. You will manage daily business activities, visit clients, lead sales efforts, improve operations, and ensure customers are happy. You’ll also work closely with different teams to keep things running smoothly.
What You Need
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or operations (preferably in cleaning, hospitality, or FMCG)
- Good with data, planning, and solving problems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with cleaning or hospitality products is a bonus
