Job Purpose
Join Unilever Sri Lanka’s frontline sales team! If you enjoy working with people, growing sales, and visiting different places, this job is for you. You will help us sell and promote our products in stores across your assigned area.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Help grow the business through better service and training.
- Handle all sales and development activities in your area.
- Build strong relationships with shop owners and local partners.
What You Need
Qualifications:
- A degree or similar professional qualification.
- Sales experience (especially in FMCG) is a plus.
- Strong people skills and confidence.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel.
Skills:
- Selling and negotiation
- Customer relationship building
- Data understanding
- E-commerce and merchandising
- Channel and category management
