We are looking for an Assistant Learning & Development Manager to join our team at Hilton Yala Resort & Spa. In this role, you will help plan and manage staff training, support employee growth, and assist in creating a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Help organize training programs for staff.
- Keep training boards and records updated.
- Support staff recognition programs and career development.
- Make sure training follows Hilton’s standards.
- Assist with orientation for new employees.
- Work closely with different departments to support their training needs.
- Follow safety, health, and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- University degree.
- At least 2 years of training experience in a hotel.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong planning and organization ability.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Chinese is a plus.
