The Role & Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing Sterling BPO’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This is not just about posting content – it’s about building an engaging narrative that represents our brand identity and connects with our audience worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies
Create tailored strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to maximize reach, drive engagement, and support business objectives. - Content Creation and Management
Design, write, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, and articles. Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software to craft compelling posts that stand out in competitive digital spaces. - Brand Consistency
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns, visuals, and messaging are aligned with Sterling BPO’s global branding standards. - Performance Analysis
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze social media metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement. - Trend Tracking and Innovation
Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and platform features. Implement creative strategies to keep Sterling BPO relevant and ahead of competitors. - Community Engagement
Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage inquiries in a professional and timely manner to foster a strong and loyal online community.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a strong background in social media and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and creative flair to the table.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Experience in Social Media Marketing and Optimization (SMO) with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and Writing Skills to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Content Strategy Development Experience with the ability to plan, schedule, and execute campaigns that align with business goals.
- Analytical Skills to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Social Media Management Tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Related Field.
- Previous experience in the IT-BPM industry will be considered an advantage.
