About the Job – Assistant Front Office Manager
Location: Amangalla, Galle, Sri Lanka

Join our team at Amangalla, a luxury hotel located inside the historic Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help manage the daily work at the Front Office.
  • Make sure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Lead the team to follow company standards.
  • Monitor bookings, guest payments, and expenses.
  • Handle guest feedback and improve service.
  • Assist in setting and achieving business goals.
  • Support training and development of the Front Office staff.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel.
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills.
  • Good with numbers, planning, and organizing.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience using hotel systems.
  • Degree in hospitality or similar field is an advantage.
  • Legally able to work in Sri Lanka.
