About the Job – Assistant Front Office Manager
Location: Amangalla, Galle, Sri Lanka

What You’ll Do:
- Help manage the daily work at the Front Office.
- Make sure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Lead the team to follow company standards.
- Monitor bookings, guest payments, and expenses.
- Handle guest feedback and improve service.
- Assist in setting and achieving business goals.
- Support training and development of the Front Office staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Good with numbers, planning, and organizing.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience using hotel systems.
- Degree in hospitality or similar field is an advantage.
- Legally able to work in Sri Lanka.
