About the Job:

We are looking for a Manager of Database Administration to support our Resorts Marketing team. This person will lead training programs, manage database systems, and help with technical and administrative tasks. They’ll also make sure our membership database is accurate and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage training programs for the Resorts Marketing team.
  • Plan and update the yearly training schedule.
  • Guide and support team members and ensure they have the right skills.
  • Prepare and maintain the department’s manuals and procedures.
  • Make sure the membership database is accurate and secure.
  • Support the team with system and admin tasks like:
    • Adjusting points
    • Managing sales codes
    • Setting up user access
    • Running reports
    • Configuring and maintaining systems
    • Testing all new systems before launch

What You Need:

Experience:

  • At least 5 years in a similar manager role, especially in the gaming or casino system industry.
  • Experience with membership programs and system setup for promotions.

Education:

  • A university degree or higher.

Skills:

  • Good at managing time and multiple tasks.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solver and good communicator.
  • Attention to detail and willing to learn and grow.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Confident using computers (especially MS Office).
  • Understanding of games and gaming rules is a bonus.
