Role Summary
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering personalized dining experiences while upholding luxury service standards in a vibrant resort environment.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a strong understanding of all food and beverage offerings available on the outlet menu.

Prepare the outlet for daily operations, including mise-en-place, table setup and reset, light cleaning, and other assigned duties.

Take guest orders accurately and promote additional items through effective upselling.

Operate the point-of-sale system in line with established procedures.
-
Ensure all transactions are correctly recorded, including order modifications or voids when required.

Serve food and beverages in accordance with defined service standards.

Clear tables promptly and transfer used items to the designated dishwashing area.

Carry out opening and closing tasks as scheduled.
-
Accommodate special guest requests whenever possible, including customized food or beverage preparation.

Adhere to presentation and service guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Keep the assigned station or section clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Implement all mandatory brand standards and apply optional standards where appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or reputable restaurant setting.

Energetic, engaging personality with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.

Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.

Proficient in spoken English.
