Key Responsibilities

• Report to duty punctually in proper uniform, with name badge and palm pin.

• Prepare and transport all necessary supplies for event setups.

• Perform assigned side duties according to checklists.

• Notify management of any deviations from standards or procedures.

• Maintain all operating equipment and ensure safe, clean, and secure storage/service areas.

• Report complaints, incidents, or irregularities promptly.

• Support work simplification initiatives and adapt to necessary changes.

• Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests.

• Maintain professional interactions with colleagues, managers, and directors.

• Attend to guest requests, complaints, and on-site changes efficiently.

• Set up and clear function rooms according to established standards.

• Perform cashiering and beverage service duties as directed by Banquet Management.

• Adhere to hotel and departmental policies at all times.

• Deliver high-standard food and beverage service in line with departmental procedures.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors about guest feedback or operational issues.

• Foster positive working relationships with team members.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all F&B outlets, hotel services, and operational hours.

• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods as needed.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by hotel management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages are a plus.

• Professional appearance and grooming at all times.

• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage products.

• Guest-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and confidence.

• Experience in related systems and F&B service is an advantage.
