Job Summary

As a Waiter/Server at SLS The Red Sea, you will be a key contributor to delivering an energetic, refined, and highly personalized dining experience. Reporting to the F&B Supervisor, this role focuses on providing exceptional food and beverage service while supporting smooth outlet operations. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and guest-first approach will help drive satisfaction and enhance overall revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and consistent food and beverage service in line with hotel SOPs and brand standards.

  • Support daily outlet operations and assist the Supervisor in achieving service quality and guest satisfaction targets.

  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

  • Maintain an active floor presence, anticipating guest needs and creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere.

  • Handle guest questions, feedback, or concerns confidently, using a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout dining areas and service stations.

  • Operate POS systems such as Micros efficiently for order entry and billing, following cash and credit procedures.

  • Monitor food and beverage quality, reporting any issues promptly to the Supervisor or Chef.

  • Apply effective upselling techniques to enrich the guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Assist with inventory checks, stock control, and proper storage of equipment and supplies.

  • Provide support to bar operations when required.

  • Attend pre-shift briefings, training sessions, and team meetings as scheduled.

  • Offer personalized service to all guests, including VIPs, ensuring each interaction feels special and memorable.


Additional Duties

  • Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with department heads and managers.

  • Collaborate with finance and other hotel departments to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
