CADD Centre Lanka is expanding its faculty and invites passionate professionals to join us as a Visiting Lecturer in Primavera. We are looking for an expert who can bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application, providing our students in Kandy with the high-level technical training they need to excel in project management.

Course Content Includes:

• Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS)

• Enterprise Project Structure (EPS)

• Calendars – Defining Hourly & Daily Calendars

• Activity Definition, Sequencing & Duration Estimation

• Effectively Using PDM Relationships & Project Scheduling

• Defining & Assigning Activity Codes, Project Codes & WBS Codes

• Grouping & Filtering Activities

• Preparing Resource Information

• Assigning Resources to Activities

• Project Cost Estimation

• Resource Analysis Using Resource Profile & Resource Table

• Resource Leveling

• Scheduling Multiple Projects & Preparing a Master Plan

• Preparing S-Curves

• Tracking Project Progress & Highlighting Progress in Gantt Charts

• Earned Value Analysis (EVA)

• Application of Global Change

• Preparing Industrial-Standard Tabular & Graphical Reports

Requirements:

✓ Strong practical knowledge of Primavera ✓ Industry and/or teaching experience preferred ✓ Ability to deliver industry-oriented sessions

As a Visiting Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of project management professionals. By leading these onsite sessions, you will help maintain CADD Centre’s reputation for excellence while contributing your unique industry insights to a dynamic learning environment.
