Visa/ Immigration Counsellor (Sales Job)

We are looking for an **experienced Sales Counsellor from the visa and immigration industry** to convert inquiries into successful clients. This is a **sales-driven role** — not a back-office processing job. You will be responsible for advising potential clients on the right visa options, building trust, and closing sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
• *Key Responsibilities**
– Convert leads into paying clients for **student visa, work visa, PR, and tourist visa** services.
– Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable visa pathways.
– Present service packages, explain benefits, and address objections to close sales.
– Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
– Maintain accurate client records in CRM and ensure smooth handover to processing team.
– Stay updated on visa categories, country requirements, and latest immigration trends.
– Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities if required.
• *Requirements**:

– **Mandatory**: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in **visa, immigration, or overseas education consultancy**.
– Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a visa/immigration setting.
– Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
– Excellent English communication skills (Arabic a plus).
– Good understanding of visa categories for Canada, UK, USA, Germany, and Australia.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
