About the Role

We’re hunting for a wordsmith who sweats the small stuff — because the smallest words make the biggest impact. If you can make a button feel like a conversation and turn complex flows into “ah, that was easy,” you’re our person. Your words will guide millions through seamless journeys that feel human, clear, and delightful.

What You’ll Do
• Craft copy for web & app interfaces — onboarding, dashboards, notifications, and more
• Partner with designers, PMs & researchers to solve problems with words
• Keep our voice sharp, consistent, and user-first across every touchpoint
• Use data, research & UX principles to back your choices
• Spot and fix language flaws before they hit the screen
• Bring empathy into every sentence — users should feel supported, never lost

What You Bring
• A portfolio that screams “I get UX”
• Grammar ninja skills + punctuation obsession
• Tone mastery — you know when to sound warm and when to sound boss
• Ability to simplify without dumbing down
• Taste. You know the difference between “meh” and “magic”
• Curiosity about what makes users tick

Bonus Points
• FinTech or consumer app experience
• Knows accessibility & localization basics
• Comfortable with Figma and usability testing
