Job description
Visa Requirement: Spouse Visa
The staff member must relocate to an area near the medical center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
• Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system.
• Handle patient inquiries(Social media), direct calls, and relay messages accurately.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Collect payments and process billing or insurance information as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with data protection policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent (certificate or diploma in healthcare administration preferred).
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication (Arabic, Hindi & English) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software.
• Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED1, AED1,750.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
