Telecaller lead generation

Job description

We are hiring Telecallers to handle incoming inquiries, follow up with interested users, and provide basic information about our services.
No field work. Training will be provided.

This is a simple communication and support role — not sales pressure or targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to users who have shown interest
• Explain our services in a clear and professional way
• Update call details and maintain basic CRM records
• Transfer qualified leads to the senior team
• Handle follow-ups when required

Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic computer/phone operation
• Polite and friendly speaking tone
• Freshers also welcome

Work Schedule:
• 6 days a week
• Day shift

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
