**Technical Support Officer – (Computer Science / IT Engineer)**
• *Requirement**
– Must have excellent computer proficiency.
– Must have good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu.
– Communication skills in Malayalam and Arabic is an added advantage.
– Patience, listening and coordinating skills.
– Managing Vehicle Tracking and related Software.
– Technical hardware configurations.
– Coordination with customers and technical team.
– Online training to new and existing customers.
– Customer support for Vehicle Tracking and related Software.
– Handling inbound calls from existing customers and dealers.
– Must be in company batchelor accomodation.

Visa / work permit and Accommodation will be provided.
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
• *Education**:

– Bachelor’s (preferred)
• *Experience**:

– IT / software customer support: 2 years (required)
• *Language**:

– English professionally (required)
– Hindi / Urdu professionally (required)
– Arabic (preferred)
– Malayalam (preferred)
