Job Description:

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our Agile teams through the successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project planning & execution, stakeholder management, team management, risk & issue management, budget & resource management, scrum management and making sure that all project objectives align with organisational goals.

Experience:

• Total experience between 10-12 years, having minimum of 5 years of Project Management, with a proven track record of delivery and project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.

• Track project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles

• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams during all the phases (discovery, design, development, testing, business user testing, stake holder engagement)

• Adapt best-practices for Agile project management and Scrum processes

• Track team progress, manage risks, and escalate issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that all scrum activities are properly executed and aligned with business goals

• Ensure that project milestones, deliverables, and objectives are met on time and within budget

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, timelines, and priorities

• Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on project progress, risk, issues and mitigation plans

• Adhere to organizational policies, governance, and compliance frameworks

• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSM, PSM, or similar is preferred
