Technical Architect – Engineering Consultancy

Job description

We are looking for a Architectural Engineer to work for an engineering consultancy based in Abu Dhabi:
Job requirements:

– Must have a bachelors degree in Architecture
– Must have minimum 7 years of experience in the same field in the UAE
– Must be familiar with the building codes and safety standards and ensure compliance with the same
– Should have excellent knowledge in Auto CAD and be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
– Should display good time management and organizational skills
• *Responsibilities**
– Designing architectural plans and prototypes
– Analyzing and making alterations to the plans and structures
– Ensuring that the prototypes and structures are operating safely
– Outlining project objectives, budget, and timelines
– Visiting and examining construction sites as and when needed
– Reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints
– Communicating with clients and advising them on various building projects
– Evaluating building systems and suggesting improvements
– Ensuring compliance with the building codes and safety standards
– Determining the structural integrity of a building
– Providing cost-effective building

Salary 10,000 ( slightly negotiable depending upon the interview)

– Bachelor’s (preferred)
• *Experience**:

– technical architect: 7 years (preferred)
– read drawings: 7 years (preferred)
– prepare technical drawings: 7 years (preferred)
– residential project: 7 years (preferred)
– commercial project: 7 years (preferred)
– infrastructure project: 7 years (preferred)
– knowledge in buildings systems: 7 years (preferred)
