This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Team Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within a team, ensuring team targets and goals are met, and facilitating effective communication among team members. The role involves providing training to team members, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting overall efficiency and productivity within the team environment.

• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Customer Service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional client support.
• Proven ability in Training and mentoring team members.
• Team Leadership skills to manage, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving shared goals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant experience in team management roles is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
