Team Lead Rider Onboarding

About the Opportunity

This position supports the onboarding of new third-party logistics (3PL) partners by coordinating their documentation through Compliance and Legal teams for approval. You will also guide 3PL owners through rider onboarding, ensuring all processes meet regulatory and company standards. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and experience in managing classified documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and review classified and sensitive documentation submitted by 3PL partners

• Create and manage Compliance and Legal tickets using the company system (MSD)

• Track daily application status and follow up with 3PL owners regarding missing or pending documents

• Liaise with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure 3PLs are onboarded in line with service level agreements

• Maintain and update databases, and prepare regular management reports

• Manage contract records, coordinating closely with Finance and Management teams

• Support and guide 3PL owners through the rider onboarding process once contracts are signed

• Monitor contract expirations and work with Legal and 3PLs to arrange timely renewals

• Track active and inactive contracts, rider counts, and provide accurate reporting to management

• Assist your line manager in developing and improving standard operating procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 2 years of experience in HR and GRD functions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Calm, professional approach when dealing with challenging or irate individuals

• Good people management and coordination skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets

• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively

• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
