The Role: Night Shift Team Lead

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Team Lead to take the helm of our night operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our production team, ensuring that client deliverables are met with precision and that all performance metrics are consistently exceeded. If you are a seasoned professional with a background in international KPO or healthcare RCM and possess the leadership grit to manage complex workflows while the world sleeps, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Forecast, plan, and allocate projects to the production team.

  • Assist in preparing reports and supporting business cases.

  • Ensure production output and accuracy meet client and management standards.

  • Handle internal and external communications and queries.

  • Monitor team performance and maintain KPIs.

  • Act as a liaison between clients, management, and the operations team.

  • Implement best practices to enhance existing workflows and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as ATL/TL in AR Collections, Account Management, or Client Services in healthcare RCM or similar roles in international BPO.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration or equivalent qualifications.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Capability to create and revise Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
