Description : We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Team Lead to lead our team of machine learning and computer vision engineers for a video analytics project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful AI/ML projects for video analytics.Responsibilities : – Lead a team of machine learning and computer vision engineers to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions for video analytics.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.- Ensure that all AI/ML solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our business.- Manage team performance, provide mentorship and career development opportunities, and foster a positive team culture.Requirements : – 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.- 3+ years of experience in leading a team of machine learning engineers.- Strong programming skills in C++ and another relevant programming language.- Experience with machine learning libraries and SDK such as OpenCV, OpenVino, TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NVIDIA Deepstream SDK, etc.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
