Job Summary

The TA Innovation Officer supports the Talent Acquisition Strategy & Innovation Manager by enabling the smooth delivery of Etihad’s forward-looking talent acquisition agenda. This role focuses on recruitment systems, AI-enabled hiring solutions, reporting, process improvement, and vendor governance to drive efficiency and innovation across TA operations.

Key Responsibilities

TA Systems Implementation & Support

• Assist with the rollout, administration, and ongoing support of the TA System and related recruitment technologies.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training arrangements, and access control.

• Act as first-level support post go-live, resolving issues and managing system configurations.

• Analyse system usage data, gather enhancement requirements, and work with vendors to implement improvements.

AI & Automation Enablement

• Support the assessment, deployment, and optimisation of AI-driven recruitment tools such as video interviewing, automated sourcing, and language testing solutions.

• Track outcomes, prepare analysis, and report on adoption and performance to support continuous improvement.

• Document workflows, partner with vendors and stakeholders, and promote best-practice use of automation and agentic AI across the TA team.

Data, Reporting & Insights

• Deliver accurate recruitment dashboards and reports covering pipelines, recruiter capacity, time-to-hire, and stakeholder feedback.

• Interpret data to identify trends and recommend actions that enhance candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.

• Collaborate with PDT and other teams to develop consistent, standardised reporting frameworks.

Process & Project Support

• Document end-to-end workflows, maintain SOPs, and help roll out process enhancements.

• Provide project coordination support for TA transformation initiatives, including sourcing model reviews and RFP activities.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Maintain procurement records, assist with vendor onboarding, and monitor renewals and budget allocations.

• Work closely with finance and procurement to ensure compliance, contract accuracy, and spend visibility.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or HR technology support.

• Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM, or similar HR systems preferred.

• Exposure to AI-powered recruitment tools and Generative AI applications is an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of analytics tools or SQL is beneficial.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to convert complex data into clear insights.

• Proven ability to prepare business cases, RFPs, and impactful presentation decks.

Recruitment Process

• Shortlisted candidates complete a recorded video interview via a third-party platform, ensuring a fair and consistent assessment.

• Successful applicants proceed to an interview with the hiring manager.

• Finalists may be invited to an additional interview with wider team members.
