Job Details
• Manage counter team and maintain inventory according to patient needs or minimum availability of medicinal and general goods.
• Take care of on-counter customers, coordinate requirements, and handle phone calls.
• Maintain relations with distributors/suppliers for regular delivery of goods, payments, and return of goods.
• Overall responsible for sales strategy and customer management.
• Handle incoming customers/patients regarding prescribed medicine, explain consumption, and maintain relevant records.
• Manage home deliveries and coordinate with sales assistants regarding counter sales.
• Responsible for preparing POs, checking product validity, and managing inventory.
• Liaise with distributors for delivery of goods, payments, and maintaining physical records.
• Look after team performance and provide customer support regarding medicines and sales.
• Regularly visit doctors to share information on new products and promote patient compliance.
