Key Responsibilities
Execute Full Potential Programs

Lead the implementation of full potential identification and value realization initiatives, ensuring strong local execution, operational stability, and measurable results.

Partner with site and business unit teams to identify bottlenecks, maturity gaps, and value drivers using structured problem-solving approaches and real-time data insights.

Continuously monitor live operational data to detect anomalies or deviations and coordinate with site and functional experts to resolve root causes.
Deliver Measurable Performance Improvements

Convert operational challenges into process, technology, or automation enhancements that improve throughput, recovery, cost efficiency, energy performance, and overall stability.

Work closely with Data, AI, IT, and OT teams to support solution design and improvement actions, with a strong emphasis on performance measurement, validation, and sustainability.
Coach and Enable Site Teams

Train and mentor site and plant teams in real-time performance management, continuous improvement methods, and data-driven decision-making.

Strengthen ownership, accountability, and operational capability to sustain results and replicate successful practices across multiple sites.
Support Opportunity Identification

Track, analyze, and report site-level improvements against defined KPI deltas and maturity targets to demonstrate realized value.

Provide data-backed feedback to enhance enterprise-wide opportunity pipelines, maturity assessments, and improvement portfolios.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline

Exposure to enterprise value identification and execution methodologies

Background in mining, processing, or heavy industrial environments is preferred
