Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Plan, organize, and coordinate commissioning and maintenance activities at project sites.

Assist field staff by developing detailed assembly schedules, factoring in tool and personnel availability.

Track project progress, monitor costs, and prepare regular reports for management.

Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Identify potential project risks, manage deviations, and implement corrective measures.

Maintain and archive technical documentation, including test reports and project records.

Oversee accurate billing for services provided to customers.

Ensure adherence to both internal and external policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.

5–7 years of experience in site coordination and procurement.

Technical knowledge in the power plant sector is highly advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across cultures.

Excellent organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Flexible, assertive, and experienced in leading teams within dynamic project environments.

Proficient in both written and spoken English.
