What We Offer:
· AED 5,000 monthly base
· Override profit-sharing from closed team deals (paid on result)
· 70% commission on personal self-generated deals (rewarding initiative)
· Fast-track promotion to full Sales Manager role, if team results and structure are consistently proven
· Supportive tools: laptop, SIM card, company driver for agent viewings
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily hands-on leadership: train, coach, and hold your team accountable to performance KPIs. You will lead by action, not by advice.
2. Build and enforce structured sales systems: including playbooks, pitch scripts, objection-handling guides, and follow-up sequences — tailored to off-plan strategy.
3. Design and enforce daily workflows, productivity metrics, and conversion discipline — from lead to client meeting to closing.
4. Run morning huddles, pipeline reviews, and midweek accountability sessions. You are not here to sell alone — you are here to make others sell.
5. Personally close off-plan deals only when your team is performing — not at the cost of team development.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai real estate, focused on off-plan sales — with documented closing performance.
· Minimum 1–2 years mentoring a sales team
· Proven ability to train others in sales process, discipline, and objection handling.
· Fluent in CRM systems, lead segmentation, tracking sales data, and building performance dashboards.

• Team Leaders or Sales Coaches who have previously guided or trained agents
• Experienced Senior Property Consultants with consistent off-plan closing records

• This is not a “selling” role with a team title. If your focus is only your own commission, do not apply.
• Fresh company leads go to agents, not to the team leader. You win when your team wins.
• You will be evaluated on team performance, daily coaching, and KPI adherence, not just your own closings.
