As a Senior Process Safety Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety and compliance for petrochemical and refinery projects, supporting both EPC and PMC engagements in Abu Dhabi. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a leading engineering services provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process safety initiatives across petrochemical and refinery projects.

• Review, assess, and implement safety standards and protocols in EPC and detail engineering projects.

• Provide technical guidance on process safety to project teams and stakeholders.

• Support compliance with ADNOC and other regulatory safety requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize safety strategies for operating and planned assets.

• Contribute to the evaluation and risk management of complex processes, including Chlor-Alkali, PVC, and EDC-VCM plants.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience in oil & gas projects.

• At least 8 years in petrochemical or refinery project environments.

• Experience in EPC and detail engineering projects; PMC project exposure is a plus.

• ADNOC project experience is advantageous.

• Technical knowledge of Chlor-Alkali, PVC, and EDC-VCM plants is desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead safety assessments and implement process improvements.
