Role Description

As a Senior Executive for Digital Marketing (Performance/Strategy), you will be the architect of impactful campaigns designed to hit specific business milestones. Your daily focus will involve the end-to-end management of ad platforms like Google Ads and social media, paired with deep-dive analytics to ensure peak performance. Based in our Colombo office, this role offers the opportunity to lead digital strategy and collaborate across teams to turn raw data into actionable growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and internal and external Communication skills to drive campaigns and team alignment

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Web Content Writing for diverse platforms and audiences

• Experience with Web Analytics tools and interpreting data to enhance campaign performance

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to develop effective performance-driven strategies

• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple campaigns

• Proven experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, ideally in an agency setting

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
