Role Overview
This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day management of a client’s social media presence, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders. You will help shape and manage social content by leveraging insights, coordinating calendars, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging social experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Execution

Write, edit, and proofread social media copy (captions) in both Arabic and English

Adapt tone, style, and messaging based on platform, audience, industry, and campaign objectives

Publish and manage content across multiple social media platforms

Set up social listening tools and conduct ongoing monitoring exercises

Review community management quality and provide actionable recommendations to improve responses

Monitor competitors’ social media activity and prepare monthly competitive analysis reports

Track content performance across channels and compile monthly performance reports

Develop clear and effective creative briefs for creative teams, aligned with social media requirements
Client & Operational Collaboration

Communicate with client stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations

Stay informed about emerging content formats, platform updates, and technology trends
-
Deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of execution

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
Strategic & Analytical Contribution

Analyse brand and competitor social activity to identify trends and opportunities

Summarise social sentiment to extract insights on brand perception

Recommend innovative ways to apply new content and technology trends for client growth

Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance social media storytelling
Qualifications & Experience
-
2–4 years of professional experience in a similar social media or content role

Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, business, or a related discipline
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hands-on experience with social listening and monitoring tools

Full fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

High level of computer literacy

Solid understanding of major social media platforms and post formats
