Role Overview

This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day management of a client’s social media presence, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders. You will help shape and manage social content by leveraging insights, coordinating calendars, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging social experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Execution

  • Write, edit, and proofread social media copy (captions) in both Arabic and English

  • Adapt tone, style, and messaging based on platform, audience, industry, and campaign objectives

  • Publish and manage content across multiple social media platforms

  • Set up social listening tools and conduct ongoing monitoring exercises

  • Review community management quality and provide actionable recommendations to improve responses

  • Monitor competitors’ social media activity and prepare monthly competitive analysis reports

  • Track content performance across channels and compile monthly performance reports

  • Develop clear and effective creative briefs for creative teams, aligned with social media requirements

Client & Operational Collaboration

  • Communicate with client stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations

  • Stay informed about emerging content formats, platform updates, and technology trends

  • Deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of execution

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners

Strategic & Analytical Contribution

  • Analyse brand and competitor social activity to identify trends and opportunities

  • Summarise social sentiment to extract insights on brand perception

  • Recommend innovative ways to apply new content and technology trends for client growth

  • Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance social media storytelling


Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in a similar social media or content role

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, business, or a related discipline

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Hands-on experience with social listening and monitoring tools

  • Full fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms and post formats
