**Job Summary**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:

– Provide clerical and administrative support to construction managers and project teams.
– Prepare and maintain project files, reports, schedules, and contracts.
– Organize and maintain construction documents, blueprints, contracts, and permits.
– Ensure proper filing of all documentation related to projects.
– Track project deadlines and ensure timely submissions of documents.
– Coordinate meetings, site visits, and appointments for construction staff.
– Manage calendars and help schedule project timelines.
– Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
– Maintain office supplies and order materials when necessary.
– Assist in preparing invoices, budgets, and expense reports.
– Support payroll processing by collecting and entering timesheets.
– Serve as the point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
– Distribute memos, meeting minutes, and project updates to relevant parties.
– Assist in ensuring compliance with construction regulations and safety standards.
– Help prepare and submit necessary paperwork for permits and inspections.
• *Qualifications**:

– Degree in any level
– Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in construction or a related industry.
– Knowledge of construction terminology and documentation processes.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction management software.
– Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
• *Experience**:

– secretary: 4 years (preferred)
– Construction Industry: 3 years (preferred)
