Position: SAP Applications Manager (AMS Servery Delivery Manager)

Location: Open for 100% Remote however, prefer Hybrid in Bangalore, India

Work Timings: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST

We are looking for an experienced SAP Applications Manager / AMS Service Delivery Manager to take complete ownership of our SAP S/4HANA landscape and all related interfaces . This role oversees day-to-day SAP operations, system stability, vendor performance, and service excellence across a global environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end operations of SAP S/4 applications and interfaces (XI/PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Ensure system stability, availability, performance, and compliance.
• Lead and manage AMS vendors , internal teams, and service delivery according to SLAs.
• Drive incident, problem, change, and release management (ITIL processes).
• Monitor and improve SAP interfaces, performance, and technical issues.
• Act as an escalation point for critical system issues.
• Prepare and present service KPIs, SLA reports, and performance dashboards .
• Support root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
• Oversee backup/restore, DR, lifecycle management, and system health checks.
• Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.

Required Experience & Skills
• 10–12 years of SAP experience , including 5–7 years in AMS / service management roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC architecture, Basis concepts, and system operations .
• Experience working in global, multi-vendor environments .
• Solid knowledge of ITIL , service lifecycle, SLAs, KPIs, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management .
• Strong analytical skills for RCA and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and service performance.

Nice-to-Have
• Experience with middleware technologies (MuleSoft, XI/PI/PO).
• Knowledge of SAP business processes.
• Background in the beverage/brewery industry (optional).
