**Al-Ghars Educational**is a private educational institution dedicated to developing and enhancing children’s language skills in Arabic and promoting them within our community. More than 5,000 students have benefited from our educational services, and we have provided over 30,000 developmental sessions for our students.
• *Duties and Responsibilities**:
– Promote and sell the institution’s educational services to potential clients.
– Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
– Provide price quotes and explain details of educational programs and services.
• *Client Acquisition**:
– Schedule meetings and introductory sessions with prospective clients.
• *Customer Service & Follow-up**:
– Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
– Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into actual customers.
– Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• *Reporting & Analysis**:
– Prepare periodic sales reports, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction insights.
– Analyze market trends and competitors, providing recommendations for improving sales performance.
• *Collaboration with the Team**:
– Work closely with the marketing and enrollment teams to achieve common goals.
– Suggest new strategies to attract customers and enhance services.
• *Requirements**:
– Previous experience in sales, preferably in the educational sector.
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in using computers and CRM software is a plus.
– Basic knowledge of marketing and social media promotion.
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
