About the Role

As the Sales & Partnership Manager, you will be the primary architect of our revenue growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position designed for an execution-focused professional who thrives on results rather than titles. You will take full ownership of the sales engine—from personally converting high-intent digital leads to forging high-level institutional partnerships. Your mission is to build the systems, teams, and relationships that will turn CLC’s vision into a market-leading reality.


What You’ll Do

Sales & Revenue

  • Own monthly revenue targets

  • Convert inbound leads from social media, WhatsApp, website & campaigns

  • Ensure fast response times and strong conversion rates

  • Build and manage a commission-based sales team

  • Track KPIs, funnels, and closing ratios

Digital & Social Media Leads

  • Personally oversee conversion of social media inquiries

  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality

  • Make sure no inbound lead is wasted

Partnerships

  • Build partnerships with hospitals, corporates, insurers & institutions

  • Develop referral and collaboration pipelines

  • Represent CLC in partnership discussions and negotiations

Systems & Leadership

  • Design sales processes, SOPs, and reporting

  • Build a performance-driven sales culture

  • Work closely with founders on pricing, offers & expansion

Compensation

  • LKR 45,000 per month for the first 3 months (initial contract period)

  • Scalable to LKR 100,000+ per month + commission based on performance

  • Performance-based incentives tied directly to revenue & partnerships

  • Fast growth for strong performers

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships

  • Strong closing & negotiation skills

  • Comfortable handling inbound digital leads

  • Able to build systems, not just chase deals

  • Leadership mindset with execution discipline

  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, services, or subscriptions is a plus
