Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for high-end retail? Our Colombo-based showroom is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations and elevate our brand presence in 2026.
Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring excellence in product knowledge and customer engagement.

Showroom Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a premium brand environment.

Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term loyalty by personally handling VIP accounts and resolving complex client inquiries with professionalism.

Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activity in Colombo to adapt pricing and promotional tactics.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, preferably within the luxury or lifestyle sectors.

Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).

Proficiency in CRM software and retail POS systems.
