Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and market presence for SLS The Red Sea. This position focuses on cultivating high-value client relationships, securing new business, and ensuring that every sales initiative aligns with the resort’s premium standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve room revenue, ADR, and market share goals.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across luxury leisure, corporate, and MICE segments.

  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients.

  • Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and product presentations to showcase resort offerings.

  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and partnerships while adhering to revenue and brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.

  • Organize and host familiarization trips, site inspections, and client experiences.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, proposals, and event-related requests.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and leadership updates.

  • Ensure all contracts, rate agreements, and sales documents comply with internal policies.

  • Support the creation of sales collateral and promotional materials.

  • Maintain accurate weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain strong collaboration with other department heads.
