Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management

  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills

  • Proven ability in Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting

  • Team Leadership and Management skills, ensuring goal-oriented performance

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and general knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Previous experience in sales management, especially in the construction or engineering sectors, is highly desirable

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
