Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills

Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management

Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills

Proven ability in Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting

Team Leadership and Management skills, ensuring goal-oriented performance

Proficiency in CRM tools and general knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Previous experience in sales management, especially in the construction or engineering sectors, is highly desirable

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
