Sales Engineer/Application Engineer (ADNOC Projects/HP Pump Projects)

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer with strong experience in the UAE Oil & Gas sector, particularly with ADNOC or ADNOC-related projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with high-pressure pump units (preferably triplex plunger pumps). A solid understanding of fabrication, maintenance, and related engineering solutions is a plus, not mandatory. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to develop strong business relationships within the energy sector.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence within ADNOC and other Oil & Gas clients.Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales.Handle sales activities for high-pressure pump units (triplex plunger pumps), accessories, and engineered packages.Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.Manage client relationships and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, procurement, fabrication) to support project execution.Review and understand technical drawings, fabrication requirements, and pump system specifications.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and ADNOC qualification processes.Prepare sales reports for management and be part of an accountable and leadership role.
