Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sharjah for a position in the Sales Department. The role involves interacting with clients to build strong relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include providing necessary training and assistance to team members and contributing to sales strategies to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to address client needs and drive revenue growth
• Experience in Sales Management, with a focus on planning and achieving targets
• Capability in providing Training to team members, with leadership and team collaboration skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
