The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Colombo. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Bernard’s, tasked with scouting new market opportunities and nurturing long-term corporate partnerships. Your primary focus will be to expand our footprint through strategic lead generation and dedicated account management, ensuring that every client receives the premium service and craftsmanship our brand is known for.
Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills

Aptitude for New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Proficiency in Business and Account Management to enhance client relationships and maintain client retention.

Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external clients.

Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets.

Knowledge of the apparel and textile industry is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, CIM / SLIM full or part qualifications.

Previous experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry as Executives is an added advantage.
