Sales & Marketing Coordinator/ administrator
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily tasks and follow-ups with the sales and marketing teams.
• Prepare reports, maintain databases, and manage MIS for all sales/marketing activities.
• Handle documentation, dispatch follow-ups, record keeping, and general administrative work.
• Provide backend support to marketing and assist in execution of campaigns and activities.
• Coordinate internal meetings, exhibitions, events, and market activities.
• Travel occasionally for meetings, events, or market visits.
• Supervise and guide a team of telecallers, ensuring achievement of daily/weekly targets.
• Support marketing strategies to grow the customer base and improve customer engagement.
• Connect with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer data and ensure proper documentation.
Candidate Requirements
• Graduate (Marketing preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in Sales Admin / Marketing Admin roles.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Experience in the 2-wheeler automotive aftermarket or marketing domain is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
• Willing to travel when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
