• Robotics Trainer – Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions in Robotics and STEM technologies.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with robotics kits, sensors, automation tools, and microcontroller programming.
• Strong knowledge of Python, C/C++, or block-based coding (Scratch, MIT App Inventor).
• Good communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
• Certification in Robotics/AI/Programming (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional Plus Points
• Experience training children, teens, or adult learners.
• Experience with 3D printing, CAD design, IoT projects, or machine learning basics.
• Ability to organize events, competitions, and technical workshops.
• Train students on programming concepts, sensors, microcontrollers, and robotics kits (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO, VEX).
• Guide learners in assembling robots, troubleshooting issues, and executing hands-on projects.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, assessments, and training materials.
• Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and project-based learning sessions.
• Ensure student safety and proper use of tools, equipment, and lab devices.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate training records.
• Support students in competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, robotics, and automation to enhance curriculum quality.
