Job Description:

We is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Roads Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to road construction and infrastructure works. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in road projects and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site operations for road construction projects.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Assign tasks to labor teams and oversee productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and report any site issues.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in road construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate labor teams.
• Diploma or vocational certification in civil/road construction is a plus.
• Commitment, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
